|Joint master study programme with Tehran University|
Based of the preparatory work of Steinbeis Institute "Global Consulting and Government" and German-Iranian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, a meeting took place at Tehran University on 10 January, 2016 in view of the pre-negotiations for a possible joint Master Study Programme "Global Technology Management" between Steinbeis University Berlin and Tehran University. The two Steinbeis Institutes "Global Consulting and Government" (represented by Prof. Dr. Friedhelm Gehrmann) and "Steinbeis Global Institute Tuebingen" (represented by Prof. Dr. Bertram Lohmueller) decided a joint Steinbeis offer vis-a-vis Tehran University. The result of the promising pre-negotiations is : The two Universities intend to offer in approx. September 2016 a joint Master Study Programme which will take place in Tehran and in Berlin. |Cooperation with Poland in Construction Sector|
Ing. Janek Kowalczuk (Bielsko Biala/ Poland and Berlin) and Prof. Dr. Friedhelm Gehrmann have a long-standing and proven cooperation in the construction segment. During the meeting on August 21st, 2015 in Berlin, the discussions were focussed on the most recent trends and perspectives in innovative Building technologies with special reference to sustainable energies.
|Meeting at "Isfahan University of Technology (IUT)"|
In a short-dated meeting on August 10th, 2015 with Prof. Dr. N. Mahboobi Soofliani - Director for International Scientific Relations of IUT - Prof. Dr. Friedhelm Gehrmann and Dr. Reza Malek Mohammadi have had the opportunity in presenting the specific Steinbeis MBA (or : MBE or MSc) Study Programme. This was the first step of an intended dialogue between the two Universities, which hopefully will lead to a joint Study Programme in the form of a "Double Degree Study". from right to left : Dr. Malek (Steinbeis), Prof. Gehrmann (Steinbeis), Prof. Soofliani (IUT) and Prof. Eghban (Vision, Tehran)
|2-Days Workshop in "Isfahan Science and Technology Town (ISTT)"|
On the occasion of ISTT invitation, Prof. Dr. Friedhelm Gehrmann and Dr. Reza Malek Mohammadi performed a 2-days-workshop on August 9th, 2015 to the subjects "Innovation and Technology Assessment". On the next day - August 10th, 2015 - the ten most promising start-ups of ISTT have had the opportunity of a face-to-face meeting with the Steinbeis representatives. It was agreed to initiate a permanent and intensive network between Steinbeis and ISTT.
