Guiding Principles
- Over the last 15 years, the Institute for Global Consulting and Government (IGCG) has applied and executed both the classical face-to-face consulting in the mode of real-time discussions as well as the interactive-based consulting.

- Due to the rapid development in the recent years in mobile technologies and communication
platforms, the team of the IGCG has expanded the hitherto consulting activities by using the
state-of-the-art online and interactive web-based communication methods.

platforms, the team of the IGCG has expanded the hitherto consulting activities by using the

Typically the online and interactive web-based consulting permits the application of a wide range
of different means and media such as voice, text, pictures, tables, graphs, screensharing,
presentation, videos, films, simulations, data-driven journalism (interactive praphics), Apps on
mobile devices and Quick response codes (QR-Codes). These tools facilitate an effective,
