  • Guiding Principles

    Over the last 15 years, the Institute for Global Consulting and Government (IGCG) has applied and executed both the classical face-to-face consulting in the mode of real-time discussions as well as the interactive-based consulting.

    The main guiding principles are:

    Consulting on scientific level in practice-oriented form
    Promotion of the national and international technology transfer
    Integration of the clients into the Steinbeis-Competence-Network.
    Implementation of innovative management tools from entrepreneur via intrapreneur towards Digi-Techno-Preneur

    Online and interactive web-based consulting

    Due to the rapid development in the recent years in mobile technologies and communication platforms, the team of the IGCG has expanded the hitherto consulting activities by using the state-of-the-art online and interactive web-based communication methods.

    Scope of Design

    Based on the client’s demand, the consultation can be designed as:
